We had an alarm going off on our septic system. I called NoCo Septic to evaluate the issue. Scott came out quickly, identified the issues, provided me a reasonably priced quote and even recommended an electrician to do some needed electrical work. All the work got done in a timely manner and everything is working fine. Scott is polite and professional. I highly recommend NoCo Septic.

I needed to get my sewer line scoped to ensure everything was as it should be, before I finalized rough plumbing on a project. NoCo Septic fit me in the next day after I called! Scott called to let me know when he was 20 minutes away, and was on time. He is very knowledgeable, and provided a thorough and professional service. He actually took time to show me his camera scope and educate me about my system. I won’t use anyone else in the future. NoCo Septic comes highly recommended.

NoCo Septic (Scott Kapala) saved the day today! He matched our sense of urgency by making himself available to pump out our septic against a time sensitive deadline. He respected our need to have him park on the street given we could not risk having a heavy truck possibly break our concrete. Not only did his truck have the power to do the job, but he was extremely thorough, timely and very fair priced. Our neighborhood has separate lift stations for each of the 14 homes. Scott was very accommodating in arranging for 10 of the homes to have each lift station serviced on one day. I was impressed with Scott's knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail. He provided each home owner with before and after pictures of cleaning out the lift station as well as a picture showing a measurement of the electric current in the line that operates the pump. I had provided a hose for him to use to clean out the system, which he wrapped and disconnected from the house when he was done, which was very thoughtful as the temperature was below freezing that night. Scott is very personable and we will be using him on an annual basis in the future.

We could not be happier with Scott and NoCo Septic. I was having a hard time getting anyone to come out and look at our septic problems. When I was referred to NoCo, I called and reached Scott right away. He came out the next day and helped us with an urgent problem. We worked with him and his referred electrician over the next week and got our urgent problem fixed at a reasonable price. He is very honest, diligent and great to work with! We have a tank replacement we need to do next which is a much bigger project and we will definitely be using NoCo!

Scott at NoCo is the most professional contractor we have dealt with in this area. We live in the mountains and plenty of companies make promises and don't live up to them. They also don't return calls and have no sense of urgency. Scott is everything every vendor should be. On time (actually earlier than quoted). Returns calls and delivers as promised. Very reasonably priced and provides a quote before the work. I can't say enough about this man and company. The very best thing I can say is that I 100% trust him to take care of business in a timely manner at a reasonable cost.

I can't say enough good things about Scott & Aleesha at NoCo Septic! I have used them for years for our personal residence.
